Uncovered an audio bug attached to current CCTV system
Our client was going through hard times with their business partner during the time they were to buy out the other party. They were getting weird vibes that the other party know more than they should.
Objective: Confirm whether the business owner’s gut feelings were correct and sweep the office space for an illicit device.
Outcome: After conducting a bug sweep we uncovered a microphone in the ceiling of the office where our client sat. The microphone was attached to the CCTV system. This is key because the CCTV had remote access giving the other party the ability to see video and hear audio remotely using the CCTV system as a bridge.
